When Romie was placed into my arms on his 99th day at a shelter that had a 100 day euthanasia policy (in Spain) and I was told 'If you dont take him now he will be dead in the morning' I had no idea how much my life would change.
Having had dogs since childhood this ignited a passion in me to help as many rescue dogs and their owners to live the life they want and deserve together.
Since then I have volunteered and worked at rescues, fostering and helping the dogs there.
I have also had several rescue dogs of my own, each that had a very different but very bad start in life.
Each with their own problems and behaviours that we have had to work through, but each of them has turned into the most amazing and loving dogs we could have hoped for.
Having been through all the struggles, suffering and emotional turmoil (and having the scars to show for it) that bringing a rescue into your life can come with, it has led me to develop my 3 month 'Living In Harmony With Your Rescue Dog' program. Developed from my understanding and experience of years working and living with rescues it is designed to help with any problem you are experiencing and take away the stress to bring calm and harmony to your life with your dog.
